The BJP has given a free hand to their supporters to chase their dissents, attack and then kill all in the name of Nationalism.
It is a national shame when our official functions are repeatedly been disturbed. Two recent functions attended by Modi have not allowed the Chief Ministers of the respective state to speak. Mr. Modi and his team should understand that it is very simple to have a hired crowd to boo against Modi too.
This was an election where media never tried to interrogate the claims of Modi’s past achievements and future promises. Media not only forget the Gujarat 2002, their selective amnesia assured that people never discuss about the fake encounters, the farmers suicide in Gujarat, tax breaks for corporates (including the a loan of 9570 crores at 0.1% interest for Tata for an investment of 2900 crore for Tata Nano for 20 years with tax breaks and free electricity), the CAG reports on undue benefits to the corporates, the reports on malnutrition among the Gujarat girls.
During the initial phase of election the right wing alliance lead by BJP started the campaign with their fictional Gujarat model. However after the first phase they added the issues like Ram mandir, special status for Kashmir, Unique civil code, etc.
BJP has changed its constitution to give Nitin Gadkari another oppurtunity as the party president. This comes when India against Corruption member Anjali Damania made allegation that she had met Nitin Gadkari regarding the Agriculture Scam.
Seems before this session, most BJP MLAs in Karnataka will be allowed to become Cheif Minister
